We Buy Guns! We Also Accept Consignments
We constantly buy gun collections and individual pieces including not only Firearms but all types of militaria such as swords, knives, uniforms, helmets etc. Please contact us if you have an estate, or collection of guns, to discuss liquidation options and strategies that best suit your needs. No collection is too large or too small. In most cases, we will travel to view and consult. We also understand that it may be in your best interest to consign items rather than pursuing a direct purchase by our firm. We would be happy to consign anything from a collection, to one outstanding piece. Please keep in mind that we only deal with items in high condition. Our consignment fees are structured upon the net sales price; they are 15% on items over $1,000 and 20% on items below that amount. All transactions are kept strictly confidential.
We are always open to trades, Please keep in mind that we need to generate revenue on all items that we will sell including the items you are considering offering to us.
Payment and Transfer
We accept all major credit cards, and do not charge any additional fees for using this type of payment. We also accept personal checks, and secure instruments such as bank checks, and certified funds. We accept postal money orders as well. When shipping a non-antique (post 1898) firearm, We will require a copy of your dealers FFL, or in states where allowed, your C&R license. Please provide us with the contact information for your dealer, and we will make arrangements to obtain their license for transfer. We ship Firearms using Federal Express where possible.
We negotiate layaways on an individual basis, depending upon the item and your particular situation. We will make every effort to be flexible to accommodate your needs. We generally request a 25% deposit and a payoff within 60 days. We also prefer not to initiate layaways on items priced under $1,000. Deposits are non-refundable and we do not accept returns. We are frequently contacted for appraisals. This can be a very time consuming undertaking. We charge $500 per hour for on site formal in depth written appraisals of entire collections. This cost may be mitigated depending upon certain conditions. We will be more than happy to provide less formal verbal statements of Value to any of our customers free of charge as time permits. We do not provide “CERTIFICATES OF AUTHENTICITY“. The items that we sell speak for themselves, thus you would not be buying them from us if you did not have faith in our impeccable reputation in this field.
Questions About YOUR Items
We truly wish we had time to research all the interesting items we are contacted about on a daily basis. Unfortunately we do not have the resources to do so. Regretfully, we will no longer be able to provide information unless you are a client of the firm.
Inspection Period and Refunds
We offer the industry standard 3 day inspection from time of receipt. We require returns to be made within 5 days of notification of intent to return the item.
