There hasn’t been a slowdown this summer, we did a lot of gun shows in July and we were on the road constantly. This month continues with no gun shows BUT, we are picking up a number of collections and accumulations so our pipeline of new offerings will be steady all month long! As far as collecting trends go, everything we have been offering seems to be very hot with the exception of Garands and 1903 rifles (which still seem so be in a bit of a slump). In other good news, Lugers seem to be coming back quite nicely.
Demand for holsters and accessories have picked up substantially. We have brought Brett’s son, Payton, on board to start deploying a vast supply of these items that have accumulated in the office. You may have noticed recently that we have been adding a lot of holsters and other items besides firearms to the site. Since the demise of Ebay as a viable platform for selling holsters and firearms related militaria we had scaled back a considerable amount in this area. Our followers have show more interest in these items so we are ramping up to offer you a huge array of leather for your pistols and slings, and bayonets for your rifles. Look for fresh arrivals of holsters to come, as much as two-three days a week!
